The homes have open designs that are full of light and character with graciously proportioned spaces.  From super-insulated walls to finely engineered equipment and materials, these houses are built with pride and made to last.

Exteriors are crafted from time-tested materials like stone, brick, cement, and stucco. Fox Run Builders' master craftsmen are at the top of their trade, transforming quality green materials into solid beauty.

Options include a loft that looks out over the main floor, an airy atrium lookout lower level to house more bedrooms, family room and bath. Owners are welcome to work with their own decorator in the finishing process to get that perfect shade of plum or the custom Italian tile you've always loved.

Master baths have separate tub and showers, and each home has a homeowner's warranty. All building materials are chosen for quality on one hand, but also for their renewability and low environmental impact in harvesting, manufacturing, construction and livability.

We choose building materials that are easiest on the planet. Every appliance has Energy Star® rating for fuel efficiency. All ductwork is sealed to minimize lost energy while minimizing the circulation of dust through the heating vents. Materials with zero or low emissions remarkably improve indoor air quality.
